HOURS & ACCESS
How does 24-hour access work?
24-hour access is an exclusive member benefit. Members need to reserve through Play by Point before arriving, and all guests must have their own profile and signed waiver.
What are your hours?
The Palms is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members have 24-hour access, and we offer Open Play, clinics, leagues, lessons, tournaments, and other programs throughout the week.

Non members can book between 7am-10pm
Can I play late at night or after staffed hours?
Absolutely. Members can access The Palms 24/7 with a valid reservation. If you’re playing after 11 PM, at least one Palms member must be present.
The facility is monitored by 24-hour security surveillance.
Open Play
How does Open Play work?
Open Play is offered in two-hour sessions and is organized by skill level. It’s included with membership based on your membership benefits. For non-members, Open Play is $15 plus tax per two-hour session.

What are the Open Play levels?
We currently offer:
3.0 to 3.49 — Advanced Beginner to Intermediate
3.5 to 3.99 — Advanced Intermediate
4.0+ Advanced
If you’re unsure where you belong, we recommend contacting The Palms team for guidance.
What are the requirements for 4.0+ Open Play?
Players need either a Palms in-house rating of 4.0 or higher, or a DUPER of 4.0 or higher with at least 60% reliability.
Do I need a DUPER rating for Open Play?
Not for most Open Play sessions. A qualifying rating is only required for our 4.0+ Advanced Open Play
What’s the Open Play cancellation policy?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are subject to a $15 fee for both members and non-members.
Can I play in more than one Open Play session per day?
Standard members and premier members l receive up to two hours of Open Play per day.
Non-members may purchase additional sessions when space is available.
MEMBERSHIP
Do I have to be a member to play?
Not at all! Everyone is welcome at The Palms.
Non-members can reserve courts and participate in Open Play, clinics, lessons, leagues, tournaments, and other programs.
What are your memberships?
We offer Standard and Premier memberships.
The Standard Membership is $99 per month
This Includes:
Up to two hours of Open Play per day + 20% off court reservations & 20% off eligible clinics, leagues, tournaments, and programming + 7-day advance booking & 24-hour member access
The Premier Membership is $199 per month
This Includes:
• Unlimited Open Play & 30% off court reservations & 30% off eligible clinics, leagues, tournaments, and programming + 14-day advance booking + 24-hour member access
Both memberships are month-to-month with a three-month minimum commitment.
Do you offer student or first responder discounts?
Yes! Students and first responders receive 10% off monthly memberships.
COURT RESERVATIONS
How much is a private court?
Our regular rates are:
- Peak Hours: $50 per hour
- Off-Peak Hours: $40 per hour
Standard members receive 20% off and Premier members receive 30% off court reservations.
How do I reserve a court?
- Reservations are made through Play by Point.
Create an account, search for The Palms Indoor Pickleball, save us as your location, and you’ll be able to see available courts and times.
How far in advance can I book?
Premier members can book 14 days in advance.
Standard members can book 7 days in advance.
Non-members can book 48 hours in advance.
GUESTS
Can I bring a guest?
- Absolutely! Guests are welcome.
Each guest needs their own Play by Point profile and must complete a waiver before playing.
How do I bring a guest to Open Play?
Each player registers individually for Open Play.
Your guest should create their own Play by Point account, save The Palms Indoor Pickleball as their location, complete the waiver, and register for the appropriate Open Play session
BEGINNERS, CLINICS & LESSONS
I’m brand new to pickleball. Can I play?
- Absolutely! We’d love to have you.
For someone brand new to pickleball, we recommend starting with a beginner clinic or private lesson before jumping into skill-level Open Play
Do you offer clinics?
Yes! We offer clinics for different skill levels with our Palms pros.
The current schedule, pricing, and availability can be found on Play by Point.
Do you offer private lessons?
- Yes! We have several Palms pros available for private lessons.

LEAGUES & TOURNAMENTS
Do you have leagues?
Yes! We offer leagues for different skill levels throughout the year. Current leagues and registration are available through Play by Point
Do you host tournaments?
Absolutely. We regularly host competitive tournaments, youth tournaments, and special pickleball events. Upcoming events can be found on Play by Point.
KIDS & JUNIORS
Can kids play at The Palms?
Absolutely! We offer youth programs and host youth tournaments throughout the year.
A parent or guardian must complete the required waiver through Play by Point before their child participates
How old do you have to be to play?
Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to complete their waiver.
A guardian must be present for players under 18 unless they’re participating in an organized youth program supervised by The Palms team.
What youth programs do you offer?
- We offer after-school pickleball on Mondays and Thursdays.
Ages 6 to 10: 4–5 PM, $30 per session.
Ages 10+: 5–6:30 PM, $40 per session.

PRIVATE EVENTS & PARTIES
Can I host a party or private event?
Absolutely! We host birthday parties, corporate events, team-building events, private groups, and other special events.

How much does a private event cost?
- Pricing depends on the size and needs of your event.

EQUIPMENT
Do you rent paddles?
Yes! Paddle rentals are available during staffed hours. Just ask our front desk team when you arrive.
Do you have demo paddles?
Yes! We have demo paddles and select equipment available to try during staffed hours, based on availability.
What shoes should I wear?
- Pickleball or tennis court shoes are required.
Proper court shoes help keep everyone safe and protect our indoor courts.
PILATES & FITNESS
Do you offer Pilates?
Yes! Pilates is available at The Palms and is booked separately through Mindbody.
Do you offer group fitness?
Yes. Group fitness classes are also available and can be booked through Mindbody.
What’s the difference between Play by Point and Mindbody?
Easy way to remember it:
Pickleball = Play by Point.
Pilates and fitness = Mindbody.
